This unit controls viscosity for 5 2K Clear-coat drops in a Tier 2 Automotive components, finishing facility. The Return On Investment was under 3 months.
The viscosity control unit sits outside of your Class 1 Div 1 area and provides point of application viscosity control to as many as five drops. Many other configurations are available to handle any number of drops, flowrates and fluid delivery systems.
